We protect your personal information, such as name, address, credit card number and what you've ordered, by using secure servers that use SSL encryption to protect all the information you input before it is sent to us. We store the customer data we collect on our dedicated, secure server to protect it against unauthorized access. For additional protection we do not store credit card information, so you will simply re-enter your credit card information each time you place an order.

Cookies
To enhance your shopping experience at avalonorganics.com, we may use a feature called a "cookie". Cookies are small files that your web browser places on your computer's hard drive. They let us know that you are a previous customer, allow us to retrieve customer information previously provided by you, and eliminate the need to re-enter this information every time you shop our site. Again, we do not store credit card information and do not share this information. By using our web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by avalonorganics.com.

Placing an Order Online
When you find an item you would like to order, click on the "Buy this item" link under the product picture and we'll place the item in your virtual shopping basket. At any time during your visit, you can review and change the status of your virtual shopping basket, by clicking "VIEW CART".

When you have finished shopping, click on the "Checkout" button in the lower right corner on the Shopping Basket page. Our site will then lead you through the checkout process. After you have finished checking out, you will see a page confirming your order. Please click the "Confirm" button to complete your checkout.

You will receive an e-mail with your Order Confirmation and an Order Number to reference. Your purchase will appear on your credit card statement from NaturalProductsShopping.com.

Out-of-Stocks & Back Orders
In the uncommon event that one or more items in your order are out-of-stock, all remaining items in your order will ship on time. We will notify you via e-mail of the out-of-stock situation and anticipated in-stock date and will apply a credit to your credit card in the amount of the item(s) not shipped. We will charge your credit card for the cost of the item and ship it to you at no extra charge as soon as it is available. Should you wish to cancel your order for the out of stock item(s), please inform us by reply email.

What is your Return Policy for items purchased on your Website?
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly replace the item or provide a refund of the original purchase price if returned within 30 days of your purchase date. Please note that shipping, handling and sales tax charges are not refundable on returns.

To replace or return an item, you may either phone our customer support staff at 877-263-9456 or send an e-mail message to our customer support staff at orders@naturalproductsshopping.com, Subject: Return Authorization. Please include your name, phone number, original order number and the item number of the product you wish to replace or return.

Typically the following business day we will e-mail you a Return Authorization Number, and instructions on replacing or returning your item. We request that items be returned via insured US mail or shipping carrier (i.e. UPS, FedEx Ground).

Shipping In the U.S.
If you place an order before 12 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday, and your item(s) are in stock, we will generally ship your order the same day. If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, we'll ship it the very next business day.

Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping is U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS ground depending on weight and package size. We will ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, PO Boxes and APO Orders unless otherwise specified.

Our primary provider of shipping service for Next Day and Second Day shipping options is UPS. Our shipping notification email will inform you of how your package was shipped.

In rare instances, there may be additional shipping charges for orders containing heavy merchandise that is very expensive to ship (i.e. gallon bottles of lotion). If additional shipping charges are applicable, you will be contacted by a customer service associate before your order is processed informing you of the additional charges.

Note that weekends and holidays are not counted as delivery days.
If you are under 18 years of age and wish to purchase products, please have a parent or guardian purchase the product for you. Any purchase or attempted purchase by someone under 18 years of age will be considered fraudulent and we will not be held liable.

Generally orders are shipped within 24 hours. Occasionally we may experience product shortages. We will notify you via email, if we do not have on-hand stock to fill your order. We ask your patience in these situations. These are rare instances but can happen on occasion.

Tracking your Order
Once you receive an Order Confirmation email from us, you may contact us if you would like to track your order. Please send an e-mail message requesting a tracking number to our customer support staff at orders@naturalproductsshopping.com, Subject: Track Order. Include your order number, name, complete address, e-mail and telephone number. We will respond via email with your tracking number.
